How long do refunds take, and how much will I get back?

As long as the returned goods arrive in a resaleable condition, we process refunds within 3 working days of receiving them at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If you're returning goods because of a change of mind or over-ordering, a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Returns can take up to 10 working days to process through our warehouse before the refund is issued, so allow for this alongside the 3 day refund processing time.
