Can I amend an order after I've placed it?

Often, yes. If your order hasn't yet been shipped or prepared, we can usually make changes for you, whether that's adding or removing items or updating your details.

Once an order has been prepared or delivered, we're no longer able to change it. Email us and we'll let you know whether a change is possible at the stage your order is at.
