What does kerbside delivery mean, and why is it used?

Kerbside delivery means your pallet is left at the kerb or boundary of your property, rather than carried inside by the driver.

This is the standard approach for our pallet deliveries with Wilmot, part of the Pallet Force network. Drivers aren't instructed to bring goods into a property or past its boundary, because carrying a heavy pallet across an uneven or restricted access raises the risk of damage, both to the goods and to the property.

Before your delivery, it's worth agreeing a specific spot for the pallet to be left, so it doesn't block access or get in the way.
