    The Trade Hub allows you to place orders with your trade pricing online, and these orders are immediately processed in our system. This is much faster than emailing our team and waiting for manual processing, which can take longer during busy periods or outside working hours.

  2. Access to resources
    The Trade Hub gives you access to a wide range of easily accessible resources. It brings together product imagery, data sheets, installation guides, selling guides, and specific product information, all within one unified interface that is simple to search and navigate.

  3. Ability to see upcoming events
    The world of Ca’ Pietra is always active, and we love to host events for our trade customers so they can get to know our brand, our work, and the opportunities in working together. The new Events Space on the Trade Hub is the best place to find upcoming events, including CPD courses, Coffee Mornings, and activities linked to larger industry events such as Wow!House or KBB Birmingham. You can see when events are happening and apply directly through the Trade Hub.

  4. Ability to save and list products
    The Trade Hub enables you to create lists to organise products for different projects, ensuring you never lose track of your selections. This is especially useful when managing several projects at the same time and needing to collate product choices in one place.

  5. Ability to view orders
    Full visibility of your order history, along with downloadable tracking links and access to invoices, is now available through the Trade Hub. Previously, this information required manual requests to our team and a wait for replies. The new system significantly speeds up the process of reviewing your orders and resolving any issues that may arise.

  6. Ability to see new products
    At Ca’ Pietra, we enjoy sharing new products with our customers before they launch publicly. The New Products section of the Trade Hub allows you to preview upcoming ranges ahead of their release, giving you early insight into the newness that every designer loves.
