Who gets access to the Trade Hub?
Everything you need to know about access for your company.
The Trade Hub is designed for every type of team, with a clear structure of company admins, members, roles and permissions. These controls allow each business to manage who can access different areas of the Trade Hub and what each person is able to do.
Every Ca’ Pietra trade customer will have one designated company admin. This person owns the company’s Trade Hub account and is responsible for managing access for their team. The company admin will be able to log in by visiting the login section of our website, selecting 'reset password' and entering their email address. Once their password is reset, the company admin can access their Trade Hub account.
From there, the company admin can add additional users, known as members. Members added may include interior designers, project specialists, managers, marketers, or accounts staff - anybody who has a relationship with Ca' Pietra within the company.
To add members, the company admin should navigate to the 'Company' section of the Trade Hub and select the 'Members' tab. Under 'Members', they can add a new member, and enter in their key details, including name, email address and role. Once saved, the new member will receive an invitation to join the company’s Trade Hub account.
Roles define the level of access each member has, and can be easily created in the 'Company' section under the 'Roles' tab. Each role contains a set of permissions, which are specific toggles that the company admin can switch on or off. Permissions control access to particular functions or areas of the Trade Hub. This allows the company admin to tailor access for different responsibilities within the business.
Members can be edited, removed and set as inactive at any time by the company admin. Their roles and permissions can also be updated as needed, ensuring the right people have access to the right tools and information. This structure allows companies to manage their teams effectively and maintain full control over how the Trade Hub is used.
