I'm a view-only user. Why can't I place an order?

View-only access is limited to sample orders; you'll need an upgraded role to place standard orders.

View-only access allows sample orders only, always at zero value. To place standard orders, your role will need to be upgraded to Ordering-only (or above) by your Main Contact or a Location Admin.
