How do I log in to the Trade Hub for the first time?
Log in with your work email and we'll send you a six-digit code to get you straight into your account.
On desktop, click the small person icon in the top left of the Ca' Pietra website. On mobile, open the menu and select Your Account. Enter the email address associated with your company, which is the one that received your Trade Hub notification, and you'll be taken straight into the Trade Hub. There are no passwords: we send a six-digit code to your email, which you enter on the site to log in. You stay logged in until you choose to sign out, which you can do from the Account tab.
