What does the Main Contact role do?

The Main Contact is the central role with full control over the whole company.

The Main Contact is the central, primary role for a company. There is one Main Contact per company, and they have full access over the company and every location within it. They can place orders, add and remove users, and change the roles of anyone in the company. The Main Contact role itself cannot be changed by anyone in the company; it can only be changed by Ca' Pietra.
