How does credit work on the Trade Hub?
Your credit balance and limit are visible live on the Trade Hub and update automatically when you use company credit at checkout.
Your company has a credit balance and a credit limit, both visible on the Trade Hub. The credit limit is the total maximum amount of credit agreed with Ca' Pietra. The credit balance is the amount of that credit currently available to spend, and updates live. Both are visible at checkout and in the company section of your account. Orders can be placed using company credit from checkout; the amount used is deducted from your credit balance and reconciles live with Ca' Pietra's other systems.
