How do I check the status of my order?
Head to the Orders tab in the Trade Hub to see a full status breakdown for any order.
Go to the Orders tab in the Trade Hub. Immediately after placing an order it will show as processing while it synchronises with our systems; once that's done, you'll see a full breakdown of the order and its status.
