# What if my return is damaged on its way back to you?
## Because tiles are fragile, damage can happen in transit if a return isn't packaged carefully, and that risk sits with the customer rather than with us.
Because tiles are fragile, damage can happen in transit if a return isn't packaged carefully, and that risk sits with the customer rather than with us.
Package your return well and take a photo before it's collected, so you have evidence if anything goes wrong with the courier. If we do find damage when your return arrives, we'll photograph it to help support any claim you make with your courier.
