# How are smaller orders delivered?
## Smaller orders are delivered through DX, a UK delivery service, rather than by pallet.
Smaller orders are delivered through DX, a UK delivery service, rather than by pallet.
This route is generally used for orders up to around 4m², though the exact threshold depends on the material and product. Larger orders are delivered by pallet through Wilmot, part of the Pallet Force network.
